Never judge a book by its cover. This was my VERY first time in this establishment. I was looking for a new Nail Salon. Read the reviews and decided to give it a try. Got a pedicure and Builder gel refill with Gel polish. Well the pedicure went fine. Then got to the nails. When I saw the lady that was doing my nails.
